Freshmen Students

You'll automatically be considered for a variety of institutional scholarships once you are formally admitted to CSU.  These awards, which do not have to be repaid, are based on a variety of factors including academic merit and financial need.  CSU' s institutional scholarships for new freshmen typically range between $8,000 and $24,000 over four consecutive years and non-residents may receive up to $34,000 over four consecutive years.  All scholarships are competitive.  For full consideration, submit a complete admission application and all supporting materials no later than 3/1.
