Financial Aid

Check your Financial Aid Status

Financial Aid Summary

The “Summary” page displays the status of your financial aid, starting with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and ending with Disbursement.  Follow the steps below to find out where you are in the financial aid process:

  1. Log into CampusNet.
  2. Click on the Financial Aid tab, then click on the Summary link.
  3. Choose the Award Year that you wish to view.
  4. Completed steps are marked with a green box and check mark next to specific tasks.  If any step, or task within the step, is incomplete, it will appear orange and indicate the reason (outstanding document, pending financial aid, etc).

Financial Aid Documents

The “Documents” page displays the documents needed for the processing of your financial aid, as well as the document’s status.  If you have any questions, please contact Campus411 to speak with a financial aid specialist.

You should frequently check your CampusNet account for outstanding documents by following these steps:

  1. Log into CampusNet.
  2. Click on the Financial Aid tab, then click on the Documents link.
  3. Choose the Award Year that you wish to view.
  4. All required documents will be listed on this page.
    • All submitted and accepted documents will appear with a green “check”.
    • Outstanding documents will appear with an orange “x”.
    • Click on the “info” icon for additional details on the document.
  5. Forms may be available to download/print in CampusNet – Financial Aid – Documents by selecting the “print” icon.
  6. After forms are completed, most may be uploaded via CampusNet – Financial Aid – Documents by selecting the Upload button next to each document.
    • If uploading a form is not an option, the forms can be submitted in-person to Campus411 All-in-1 in Berkman Hall, Room 116, emailed to fao@csuohio.edu or faxed to 216-687-9247.
    • Be sure to include your CSU ID on all documents.

If the Documents link indicates your MPN or Entrance Counseling is incomplete, be sure to visit StudentAid.gov and complete both as soon as possible to avoid delays in disbursement of your student loans.
