Saturday, May 9, 2026: There will be LIMITED permit and visitor parking for the CSU Commencement.

Friday, May 15, 2026: There will be NO permit or visitor parking for the Tri-C Commencement

Guests and Green Permit holders may park in Central Garage (E. 21^st St.). White Permit holders may park in Lot 54. 

East Garage/Rec Center Garage: Garage Maintenance. Closed at 6 PM on May 25 through 6 AM on May 26. Utilize Lot 54.

Lot 13 (Middough) / Lot 22: Garage Maintenance. Closed at 6 PM on May 26 through 6 AM on May 27. Utilize Lot 54 or the West Garage.

West Garage / EDGE: Garage Maintenance. Closed at 6 PM on May 27 through 6 AM on May 28. Utilize the Central Garage or South Garage.

Prospect Garage: Garage Maintenance. Closed at 6 PM on May 28 through 6 AM on May 29. Utilize the Central Garage.

Underground Garage: Garage Maintenance. Closed at 6 PM on June 1 through 6 AM on June 2. Utilize the Central Garage.

Main Classroom Garage: Garage Maintenance. Closed at 6 PM on June 2 through 6 AM on June 3. Utilize the Central Garage.

Permit purchases must be made from a desktop or laptop computer – do not use a mobile device such as a phone or tablet.

U-PASS PICK-Up

The RTA U-Pass is available for the Spring 2026 semester for eligible students. Pick up from the Parking and Transportation Services (BH115).

*Eligibility

• Eligible students should be registered in CampusNet for spring classes and bring a valid Viking ID.
• You must be a student enrolled full-time at CSU. The university considers a student enrolled full-time with 12 credits as an undergraduate, 9 credits as a graduate student, or 12 credits as a law student.
• Part-time students are not eligible to participate in the U-Pass program.
  • For non-eligible students, please speak with your academic coach of the Division of Student Belonging and Success for assistance in exploring transit options that work for you.
