Please note that the fee schedule is subject to change without notice by the Board of Trustees. The fee schedule for Non-Resident students is separated between domestic students (those living in the United States, but not in the state of Ohio) and International students (for instance students studying at Cleveland State with an F1 or J1 Visa).  All students attending classes on the Main Campus downtown are charged a UPass fee each semester.  An Intercollegiate Athletic Fee of $3 per credit hour is assessed to all student accounts and a Career Services Fee of $4 per credit hour is assessed to all student accounts.

Changes become effective on the date of enactment. This information should be used only as a guide for estimating tuition and fees.
