Using Social Media in Your Course

Social media can be a powerful tool used in the classroom to engage students with content and each other. This workshop will introduce you to some of the more popular forms of social media, including YouTube, Google+, Instagram, Twitter and Tumblr and discuss how many educators apply social media to flip the conventional teaching model to make classroom and home work experiences meaningful for students.
