Open Office Hours via Blackboard Collaborate

Need assistance, but you're off campus? Join our online office hours session via Blackboard Collaborate. An eLearning staff member will be online to assist you. Registration is not required. Just follow the instructions below to join the online session. If you have questions, call the Center for eLearning at 216.687.3960.

To join the session:

1. Click here to access the guest Blackboard Collaborate link. 
2. Enter your name in the Session Login and click Login.
3. After the meeting.jnlp file has finished downloading, click Keep, and then single click the meeting.jnlp file to run the session.
4. Click Run when it asks if you want to run this application.
5. The Blackboard Collaborate session will open. You are logged in and active in the system. Please wait a few minutes for your facilitator to join the session.
