Consider obtaining a SIM card and local Cleveland telephone number before you arrive. There are many companies that provide this service, but CampusSIMS is one that students have used with success in the past. It allows you to have a U.S number before you arrive and have internet as soon as you land in U.S. If you arrive with your phone from home, the closest cell phone dealer that will be able to assist you is the T-Mobile store in Tower City Center Complex.
