Degree Audit and the Online Graduation Application: (Undergraduate Focus)

Not all students follow the same four-year path to graduation. 

This interactive-workshop is designed to introduce new faculty (and staff) advisors the system tools and advising resources used for reviewing and requesting updates to individual student record.
Content includes:
- Basic policies and procedures that impact the student record
- Graduation tracking and status updates
- Using degree audit as a progress and planning checksheet
- Underdstanding the Transfer Credit Evaluation
- Best practices for requesting updates

Graduate Programs: The Online Graduation Application is Coming soon!

The Graduation Application process as you know it is about to change.
The three-part paper application and Notice of Completion (NOC) will be relics of the past before you know it.

Once active, most* graduate students will initiate the graduation application within CampusNet.

As an approver of Grad Apps - what does that mean for you?
- No more inner-office envelopes to track down, review and sign (or get lost in the shuffle)
- System reports available for all your advisees with current graduation review and status information
- Students get their diplomas quicker!
- Final evaluations are batch processed once students complete graduation requirements

If terms like OLGA, Degree Audit, Student Groups, and AdComs don't mean much -- this session is for you.

This workshop is designed to cover everything you need to know from reviewing/ updating degree audit and the online grad app to editing graduation reports for outstanding work.

EXCEL: Analyzing Student data

Make informed decisions, find specific student populations, or practice your problem solving skills.
How to use formulas, filters, pivot tables, and conditional formatting on the the weekly student data files (or any other large collection of data in excel).

Curriculog

Curriculolog is CSU's online curriculum management system. It's much more than a system that tracks curricular updates and approvals.
