Megabus & Short-Term Overnight Parking
Visitors traveling on the Megabus or seeking short-term overnight parking are eligible to purchase a specialty permit for the South Garage.
The South Garage is located at 2101 E. 21st Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44115.
A specialty permit is valid beginning the day of purchase. It is recommended the permit be purchased the day before or the day of your departure to ensure you receive the most accurate rate. Specialty permits are not eligible for return or refund. The cost for overnight parking in the South Garage is $10 per day.
To purchase a specialty permit, you will need to create a visitor parking account by clicking on GUEST LOGIN (at the bottom of the page) and select CREATE ONE (under guest login) using the special link provided by Parking Services. If you are a returning visitor, you may use the guest login credentials that you previously created. Your vehicle information, including the license plate number, is required. Payment should be made with MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. After the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to print out your permit; this is your parking permit. If you do not receive an email, you can print the permit by going to VIEW YOUR PERMITS on the visitor account you’ve created. Permits must be displayed when parked.
Specialty links are created on a monthly basis. Therefore, repeat parkers will need to request a link each month. When requesting a specialty link for temporary parking, please include the date range the vehicle will be parked.
The printed specialty permit must be placed on the left side of your vehicle dashboard when parked on campus. The QR code at the top left side of the permit must be scanned to enter and exit the South Garage. DO NOT scan other vehicles in or out of the South Garage; doing so is a violation of CSU Parking Rules and subject to receiving a fine, citation, or loss of parking privileges.
To request the special link for a specialty permit, please send an email to visitorparking@csuohio.edu. E-mails are only reviewed Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm and will not be reviewed on university holidays. Please allow 2 business days to process your specialty permit link request. CSU Parking Services reserves the right to deny a specialty permit based on campus events or garage closures.
