Summer Program Parking Request Form (Students)

For on campus student programs over the summer, please note that parking is NOT typically included and must be purchased separately. These permits are available at a weekly, reduced rate for student programs, and will be available for purchase beginning on May 17, 2025. There may only be one active permit per person at a time, and there is a $15 admin fee for any returns or exchanges.

To purchase a permit, you will first need to create a Guest Account at https://csuparking.t2hosted.com/cmn/newuser.aspx. Once an account has been created, simply complete the webform below, and a Parking and Transportation representative will respond within 1-2 business days with information on the next steps to purchasing a permit.

Requestor's email address (this email should match the email address used to create your CSU Go Online Parking Portal account and should be a non-CSU email address)

Please enter the full name of the coordinator or contact for your summer program.
Please enter the email address of the coordinator listed above. Since this is a discounted permit, student program participants are cross-checked with the appropriate summer coordinator.

Please select your preferred visitor permit. If you are living on campus in Euclid Commons, it is highly recommended that visitors park in the Prospect Garage because of its proximity to your housing. You can view the parking map at https://www.csuohio.edu/parking/parking-maps 

Pricing is as follows:

  • Prospect Garage- Overnight: $38/week
  • Green Garages/Lots- Day Use: $24/week
  • Green Garages/Lots- Overnight: $37/week
  • South Garage/White Lots- Day Use: $17/week
  • South Garage/White Lots- Overnight: $30/week
Check this box if you will require overnight parking between the hours of 12:00am and 4:59am. Leave unchecked if you plan to leave by 11:59pm each evening.
The undersigned hereby acknowledges and understands that Summer Visitor Permits may take 1-2 business days to process. The user will receive notification when their request is processed, and will be able to sign-in to their guest account to select their summer visitor permit.
