Summer Intern Parking Request Form

For summer interns living on campus over the summer, please note that parking is NOT included in your room and board and must be purchased separately. These permits are available at a weekly, reduced rate for summer interns living on campus, and will be available for purchase beginning on May 17, 2025. There may only be one active permit per person at a time, and there is a $15 admin fee for any returns or exchanges.

To purchase a permit, you will first need to create a Guest Account at https://csuparking.t2hosted.com/cmn/newuser.aspx. Once an account has been created, simply complete the webform below, and a Parking and Transportation representative will respond within 1-2 business days with information on the next steps to purchasing a permit.

Please enter the name of the dorm or residency hall where you will be residing this summer.

Please select your preferred visitor permit. If you are staying in Euclid Commons, it is highly recommended that visitors park in the Prospect Garage because of its proximity to your housing. You can view the parking map at https://www.csuohio.edu/parking/parking-maps 

Pricing is as follows:

  • Prospect Garage: $38/week
  • Green Garages/Lots: $37/week
  • South Garage/White Lots: $30/week
I understand that the recommended parking location for Summer Interns housed in Euclid Commons is the Prospect Garage, and that the South and Green Garages are a 7-8 minute walk from Euclid Commons. I also understand that there is a $15 admin fee for any permit exchanges or returns.
The undersigned hereby acknowledges and understands that Summer Visitor Permits may take 1-2 business days to process. The user will receive notification when their request is processed, and will be able to sign-in to their guest account to select their summer visitor permit. A $15 admin fee will be applied for any refunds or exchanges. For any questions or concerns, please email visitorparking@csuohio.edu for assistance.
