Winter Break Closure Announcement 

Cleveland State University, including the Center for International Services and Programs, will close for winter break at the end of business on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 5:00pm and reopen at the start of business on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 8:00am. 
If you have any documents to drop off or to pick up from the CISP in MC 412, you must take action before the university closes on Friday, December 21st.
If you need a travel signature, please make sure you submit your I-20 or DS-2019 no later than 12:00 pm noon on Friday, December 21st. Any I-20's or DS-2019's submitted after 12:00pm will not be guaranteed to be signed before the University closes for winter break.
If there is an emergency during the University's closure, please contact the CSU Police at 216-687-2020. They are working over break and have access to all of the CISP staff cell phone numbers in case of emergency.

CISP provides services to international students through International OrientationInternational Student Services, as well as domestic and international students through Education Abroad and the National Student Exchange. The Center also provides support and guidance to faculty and staff in their CSU-related international endeavors. The Center is also the administrative home of the University's Fulbright Program and the starting point for all CSU international agreements, linkages, and partnerships.     

International students have many opportunities for both academic and personal growth at Cleveland State University. Whether you are looking for an undergraduate ( freshman, transfer ), graduate or doctoral degree, or for English language courses, CSU offers a wide range of resources and opportunities, as well as an ideal environment to help you succeed and achieve your academic goals.

International students may also become involved in campus life through a variety of student organizations and university programs that include cultural activities, sports, the arts and social events. Our staff is especially qualified to meet the varied needs of all international students at the undergraduate and graduate level.

The IELP - English as a Second Language Program is housed in Mather Mansion Room 209.
