Welcome to the Cleveland State University (CSU) Parking Services homepage. Please use the link tabs on the right margin to locate information about parking on the CSU Main Campus. If you are a CSU faculty, staff or student with CampusNet access, you can purchase and register for most parking permit hangtags on your CampusNet account.

The Parking Services Office is located in the Chester Building Annex Room 128.
Summer Hours (May 18, 2009 - August 14, 2009) are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
The Office will be closed on Friday July 3, 2009 for the July 4th holiday. You can also call Parking Services at 216 687.-2023.

Mission Statement

The Cleveland State University (CSU) Parking Services Department strives to meet the parking, transportation, and related accessibility needs of the CSU campus by providing, planning, management, and operational services with the goal of customer satisfaction while fulfilling the financial expectations of the University for its performance. To this end, Parking Services employs a team of experienced professionals and student employees who work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and other campus patrons to manage and operate the parking system, facilitate participation in the Regional Transit Authority; and to provide information for students, faculty, and staff as they traverse to, from, and on campus.

Announcements:

• Watchtower event attendees will be parking on the CSU main campus on the weekends of 7/3/09-7/5/09, 7/10/09-7/12/09, and 7/24/09-7/26/09. Lots S-1, S-2, S-3, J, 17, 41, HH, M, and Wolstein Drive are reserved for Watchtower event attendees and will be staffed by Watchtower personnel. CSU parkers are asked to not park in these areas on these dates. S-3 will not be staffed for visitor or Must Pay parking on these dates. In addition, PF will be split into two sections. The Lower and middle levels will be reserved for Watchtower parkers only. CSU parkers will be directed to park on the upper level and the ramp to the upper level by using the East 19th entrance. CSU Parkers will only be able to access parking in PF by entering through the East 19th Street entrance.
• All 2008-2009 parking permit hangtags expired on June 30, 2009. Please renew your parking permit by contacting Parking Services at 687.2023.
• In conjunction with CSU’s Disability Services Office, CSU Parking Services has recently completed an internal review of disabled parking on campus. You will notice disabled parking spaces being relocated in several areas of campus during the Summer 2009 term.
• CSU Prepaid hangtag holders may park in Playhouse Square Garage at no additional cost to the hangtag holder. This offer is limited to Monday through Friday and is subject space availability. The entrance to the Playhouse Square Garage is located on Chester Avenue at East 15th Street.
• For escort service to and from your destination as well as motorist assistance, dial 216.687.2020 from your cell phone or 2020 from a campus phone. Both services are available to CSU students, faculty and staff as well as visitors to campus.
