Please review the following information if you’re interested in living in Euclid Commons for Fall 2024.
If you’ve already signed a Fall 2024 Housing Contract (10-months; August 2024 – May 2025) and want to switch to 12-months (August 2024 – July 2025);
- Access Housing Self-Service: You will need to use your CSU ID login (ex: 1234567@vikes.csuohio.edu) and password. If you need help with your password, call the Information Services & Technology (IS&T) Help Desk at 216-687-5050 during business hours.
- Review and Sign Addendum: Select “Apps & Forms” from the left menu then select “Fall 2024 12-Month Housing Contract Term”
- Review and Sign Continued Occupancy Agreement: Select “Apps & Forms: from the left menu then select “Continued Occupancy Agreement / Returning Student Housing Selection 2024-2025” (Due March 8th) IF you want to keep your same unit for Fall 2024.
- If you’re interested in staying for Summer 2024 FREE, Euclid Commons residents are required to sign a Summer 2024 Housing Contract.
Euclid Commons students who receive Summer 2024 FREE are eligible to Continue Occupancy (CO) over into the new term, however they’ll move-out of their current Spring 2024 assignment, move into their Summer 2024 assignment, and back into the “CO” unit for Fall 2024. This is the same process for Fall 2025.
If you’ve already signed a Fall 2024 Housing Contract (10-months; August 2024 – May 2025), want to stay for 10-months (not stay for Summer 2025), receive Summer 2024 FREE and “CO” in your same unit for Fall 2024;

- Review and Sign Continued Occupancy Agreement: Select “Apps & Forms” from the left menu then select “Continued Occupancy Agreement / Returning Student Housing Selection 2024-2025”
- If you’re interested in staying for Summer 2024 FREE, Euclid Commons residents are required to sign a Summer 2024 Housing Contract.

- Student will move-out when current contract ends (May 2024) and return to move-in August 2024 into new unit chosen during Housing Selection.
If you signed a Fall 2024 Housing Contract (either 10-month; August 2024 – May 2025 or 12-month; August 2024 – July 2025) and do not want to stay for Summer 2024 FREE and want to Continue Occupancy (CO) in same assignment for Fall 2024;
- Access Housing Self-Service: You will need to use your CSU ID login (ex: 1234567@vikes.csuohio.edu) and password. If you need help with your password, call the Information Services & Technology (IS&T) Help Desk at 216-687-5050 during business hours.
- If you’re interested in Continuing Occupancy, remaining in your same room/apartment for next year, please sign the Continued Occupancy Agreement / Returning Student Housing Selection 2024-2025 (Due March 8th).

In order to avoid moving for Summer 2024, Fall 2024, and Summer 2025, students are eligible to live at The Edge on Euclid or Langston without moving out. Perks of moving to The Edge on Euclid and Langston eliminate constantly moving for Summer/Fall Assignments and additional charges for Winter Break
