Housing Agreement

This Housing Agreement (“Agreement”) for space in a residence hall owned by either Cleveland State University, an Ohio public university, or Euclid Avenue Development Corporation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation created to support Cleveland State University (collectively “University”), is by and between the Department of Residence Life and Housing (“Residence Life”) and the student resident (“Resident”) or, if the Resident is under the age of eighteen (18) the Resident’s parent or legal guardian (the “Parent”).  Residents and Parents are collectively referred to herein as “You” or “Your.”

It is the student's responsibility to do the following before signing this Housing Agreement:

• Carefully read the entire Housing Agreement to understand what they are signing.
• Review their financial resources to make sure they have the appropriate funding.
• Understand that no release from the agreement obligation will be given after the Housing Agreement is signed and the applicable Housing Agreement cancellation deadline has passed, except as provided in this Housing Agreement.
