We are excited to provide housing to Neighbooring Institutions on campus at Cleveland State!

If you are a student at an insitiution other than Cleveland State, but are looking to live in downtown Cleveland, CSU has great options for you! Our apartments come fully furnished, all utilities included, and close to downtown. 

Step 1- Complete the CSU Personal Date Worksheet to become a CSU Affiliate- this gets you a CSU ID, email address, and access to a student account and services. Click here to complete the Cleveland State Personal Data Worksheet

Step 2- Once we receive your CSU Student Information, you will get access to sign your Housing Contract online- you will hear from us when this step is ready for you to complete. 

*As you complete the contract you will indicate which dates you are looking to live on campus. Students can choose to live for summer, just a semester, the entire academic year or multiple years. 

Summer 2024 Housing Options and Rates- Students can move in starting May 24, 2024. 

Fall 2024 Housing Options and Rates- Students can move in starting August 21, 2024. 

*If you need other date accommodations, you can indicate this as you sign your contract.
