1. Wellbeing Days
   Remember to schedule your preventive care appointments and use your annual self-care days before Dec. 31. Full-time Employees working 30-40 hours per week can schedule two wellbeing days per year and part-time employees working 20-29 hours per week can schedule one wellbeing day per year. Coordinate your time off with your supervisor and log your time in Kronos as you would for vacation or sick leave.
    
2. VikeHealth Challenge
   We are in the final days of this year’s VikeHealth Challenge and there's still time to earn at least 100 points before the program ends on Oct. 31. Log into your portal and find out how to earn points by the October deadline.
    
3. Flu Shots
   Get your flu shot at CSU's on-site MetroHealth Clinic. Call 440-592-1900 to schedule your appointment.
    
4. Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
   Submit your FSA claim for the July 1, 2024–June 30, 2025 plan year by Nov. 30. Any funds left over will be forfeited.
    
5. Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
   Access free counseling, work/life balance resources and a number of other deals and discounts available through this CSU-paid service.
    
6. Supplemental Retirement Options
   CSU offers two pre-tax plans - 403(b) and 457(b) - to help you reach your retirement savings goals. Find out more about these options to make the best choice for your future.
