Flu Shots are Covered Medical Expenses under the CSU Medical Plans

Flu shot season is here!   It's time to get an immunization to help protect yourself from the flu.  Like all preventive services, your CSU medical plan covers flu shots for you and your covered family members at 100% with no copay.  Flu shots are available through any In-network pharmacy or from your primary care provider (PCP).  To receive this vaccine, make an appointment with your physician's office for a flu shot or visit one of these convenient locations:

• Discount Drug Mart
• Giant Eagle
• Marc's
• Meijer
• Rite Aid
