Department - Request for Billing/Invoice

To submit a request to bill an external vendor:

1. Ensure that you are logged into CSU's browser.  Once you have logged in, the submission form will be available below.
2. Verify that allinformation provided is complete and accurate before submitting your request.
3. Submit your request by the 10th of the month to be included in the current billing cycle.

Please note that incomplete or inaccurate information may delay processing.  If additional information is required, we will contact you directly.
