Third Party Billing

If your employer or other sponsor wants to receive the bill for your educational expenses please complete the form online, and submit it no later than the payment due date of the semester. When submitting the online form, you must include a letter of credit, authorization to bill, or other approval from your sponsor that details what will be covered.  Our office MUST be notified of changes to your academic schedule. Failure to submit your documents in a timely manner or to notify us of changes to your schedule may result in late fees being assessed to your student account
