Summer 2026 Housing

The Summer 2026 Housing Agreement will open at the end of March 2026 for students interested in staying on-campus during the upcoming summer months.

Current residents who are interested in staying on-campus during Summer 2026 will sign the Summer 2026 Housing Agreement on the Housing Self-Service Portal. Students will provide the full start and end date in which they’re requesting summer housing.

Students will continue to stay in their current Spring 2026 assignment, even after the Spring contract ends in May, until our department contacts you regarding your Summer 2026 assignment in Euclid Commons, starting May 25, 2026. All students will be required to move out of their current Spring 2026 assignment by May 29, 2026.

Our goal is to ensure a smooth and convenient summer housing experience. However, students will still be required to move-out of their Spring 2026 assignment in May, move into their Summer 2026 assignment in Euclid Commons, and then into their Fall 2026 assignment starting August 3, 2026.

Any student living on campus for Summer and Fall will be required to be available during this timeframe to transfer into their Fall 26-27 assignment.

Summer 2026 will be $2,000, for the entire summer equal to $139 per week. Students will be prorated for time not lived in the halls, at the $139 weekly rate. Summer 2026 Housing will be in Euclid Commons.
