Housing Rates for the 2021-2022 Cohort

The housing rates are subject to approval by the Euclid Avenue Development Corporation Board on behalf of CSU and are outlined based on the CSU Guarantee Cohorts that are approved by the CSU Board of Trustees.

Housing Contract Terms

The Euclid Commons and Fenn Tower residential communities close during break periods. Students are permitted to stay in the communities during the Thanksgiving Recess and Spring Break periods as long as they register when break registration opens. However, the Euclid Commons and Fenn Tower residential communities are closed during the Winter Break period (between the end of Fall semester and the start of the Spring semester). Students who wish to stay during Winter Break will pay an additional charge to reflect the Winter Break period as outlined in the rates below. Students residing in The Edge and The Langston residential communities do not have to leave during the Winter Break period as long as they register when break registration opens. 

10/12 Month Options

New for Fall 2024: All students have the option to choose a 10 or 12 month contract. The default contract will be 10 months (August 2024-May 2025), but students can now opt into a 12 month contract, that will also cover summer (August 2024-July 2025). Summer housing will be an additional $2000 for Summer 2025. For students who opt into a 12 month contract, this will be billed $1000 in the Fall 2024 semester and $1000 in the Spring 2025 semester so that financial aid/grants/scholarships can aid in funding, if applicable.
