Pay Application Fee
A $30 non-refundable application fee is required with each application. The application fee may be paid by credit card at the time the online application is submitted (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). Application fees can also be paid by check or money order, payable to Cleveland State University. The Master of Occupational Therapy and Master of Science in Nursing programs require a fee of $55.
All post-secondary school records (transcripts, mark sheets, and certificates). All school records should be submitted in the original language and should be accompanied by a certified English translation. Cleveland State University must see each attempt at passing all courses in order to properly evaluate the credentials for a US grade point average.
Obtain Proof of English Language Proficiency

All international students must show financial (tuition and living expenses) support for one academic year. Financial documentation must be presented in order for Cleveland State University to issue an I-20 or DS 2019 form. Have your sponsor complete the financial verification and submit the forms with your application materials.
