Ohio Guarantee
Ohio residents with a 3.0 cumulative high school GPA are guaranteed a scholarship at Cleveland State University.
Eligibility:
- Ohio resident
- Full-time, first-time freshman
- Must meet all other admission criteria for their selected program
Michigan, New York and Pennsylvania Residents Voyager Scholarship
Residents of Michigan, New York and Pennsylvania are eligible for Cleveland State University’s Voyager scholarship, which brings your cost of tuition in line with our in-state tuition rate.
Eligibility:
- Full-time, first-time freshman
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Must have permanent residence in either Michigan, New York or Pennsylvania
- Must meet all other admission criteria for their selected program
