Summer 2024 Visitor Permits

College Intern & Student Program Permits

College Interns and Student Groups visiting Cleveland State University during the summer months are eligible to purchase our Green, White, and Prospect Garage permits at a reduced, short-term rate including overnight options. For student visitors residing on-campus, please note that parking is NOT included with your room and board and must be purchased separately. 

Summer 2024 Intern and Student Group permits will be available for sale beginning on May 6, 2024, and will be available for parking between May 18, 2024 and August 16, 2024.

To purchase a College Intern or Student Program permit during the summer months, please follow the steps below:

1. Create a Visitor Account in the CSU Go Online Parking Portal (this MUST be done before moving on to step 2).
2. Submit our summer visitor online Webform (coming soon) to request parking (requests may take 2-3 days to process).
3. Once Parking and Transportation approves your request, log in to the CSU Go Online Parking Portal and purchase your permit.

Conference Services & Guest Permits

Conference Service and external guests visiting Cleveland State University are eligible to purchase short-term day and overnight Green and Prospect Garage permits during the summer months. Guest permits will be available for sale beginning on May 6, 2024, and will be available for parking between May 18, 2024 and August 16, 2024.

To purchase a Conference Service or Guest permit during the summer months, please follow the steps below:

1. Create a Visitor Account in the CSU Go Online Parking Portal (this MUST be done before moving on to step 2).
2. Submit our summer visitor online Webform (coming soon) to request parking (requests may take 2-3 days to process).
3. Once Parking and Transportation approves your request, log in to the CSU Go Online Parking Portal and purchase your permit.

Departmental Guests

Departments hosting summer guests (summer counselors, contractors, guest speakers, etc.) are eligible to purchase short-term day and overnight Green and Prospect Garage permits on behalf of their guests during the summer months. Departmental guest permits will be available for sale beginning on May 6, 2024, and will be available for parking between May 18, 2024 and August 16, 2024.

To purchase a Department Guest permit during the summer months, please have the guest follow the steps below (Departments- please proceed to step 3):

1. Create a Visitor Account in the CSU Go Online Parking Portal (this MUST be done before moving on to step 2).
2. Submit our summer visitor online Webform (coming soon) to request parking (requests may take 2-3 days to process).
3. Once the Webform is completed, Departments will recieve an automated email and must respond with "APPROVED" in order for the request to be processed by Parking and Transportation Services.
4. Once Parking and Transportation approves the request, Visitor may log in to the CSU Go Online Parking Portal and purchase their permit.

Additional Parking Information

• All vehicles must park with license plate facing the drive aisle. 
• Vehicles must be registered (license plate, make, model, color, and year) with Parking and Transportation Services. Manage your vehicles in the CSU GO Online Parking Portal. 
• Permits may only be used by the registered permit holder and allow for one registered vehicle to park at a time; permits are non-transferrable and cannot be shared.  
• Individuals parking at CSU agree to comply with established parking rules and procedures.
