Levin College of Urban Affairs

From Newcomer

Then and NowYulu Li arrived at Cleveland State University from Shanghai, China in 2012 to pursue a master’s degree in the Levin College of Urban Affairs where she excelled in her academics. With no experience or previous knowledge of real estate sector, Li credits her real estate courses and an internship in global real estate for her success. Her award-winning internship project involved real estate marketing related to the Opportunity Corridor Project, a community corridor that connects downtown Cleveland to University Circle.  That internship project led to full-time employment upon graduation. Li earned a Masters of Public Administration from CSU’s Levin College of Urban Affairs in December 2014.  View Yulu Li in My Graduate Student Experience at CSU, 2014.
