Graduate Student Appreciation Week, originally begun in 1993 on a very small scale by the National Association of Graduate-Professional Students (NAGPS), continues to grow and expand each year in more universities across the United States.  The mission of the National Association of Graduate-Professional Students is to develop a network to connect graduate and professional students across the United States and facilitate the sharing of information and best practices to empower members.

Employees are a company’s greatest asset. Is developing your leaderships skills one of your strategic business priorities? In a recent SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) global survey business executives were asked what their largest challenges were regarding people through 2020. Their two greatest concerns were:
•             Attracting the best people to the organization
•             Retaining and rewarding the best

"If identifying and retaining talent is a concern, then planning for Millennial Leadership is a part of the solution."  Toni Paoletta
