Can my guests use a screenshot, emailed or printed confirmation of their ticket to enter the Wolstein Center?
No. All guests must have a valid ticket transferred to their account and available for scanning on their mobile device for event entry, unless previously arranged with the Wolstein Box Office. Please call 216-687-5082 or email wolsteincenter@csuohio.edu to make your arrangements.

If I (or my guests) do not have a smartphone: What should I do?
If you or your guest(s) don’t have a smartphone, you will need to contact the Wolstein Box Office to make alternate arrangements for tickets.

When do tickets need to be claimed and transferred by?
If you are a 2021 graduate, you must transfer guest tickets from your account to your guests by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, December 5 or they will be dropped off your account! We will consider non-transferred tickets as not being used and will offer them as extra guest tickets to our graduates on a first come, first serve basis.

If you are a 2020 graduate, we encourage you to claim and transfer your tickets by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, December 5 to ensure the event is appropriately staffed. However, you may continue to claim and transfer tickets up to the start of the event.

Can I receive additional guest tickets for commencement?
We have allotted a specific number of tickets for those attending the 2021 morning ceremony (4 tickets) and the 2020 afternoon ceremony (10 tickets). We will alert students beginning Monday, December 6 should additional tickets become available. Additional tickets will then be offered as first come, first serve.
