Mission Statement of Campus Safety
Provide an environment free from concerns of safety and security for Students, Visitors, Faculty and Staff.

This mission is carried out through the three operating departments, referenced below, and in partnership with the Campus Community, local, regional, State and Federal partners.

• University Police (Emergency Response, Safety Programs and Services, Police & Security Patrols, Crime Prevention, Weekly Report Logs, Annual Crime Statistics, & more)
• Access Control & Security Systems (CSU Alert Notification System, Building Access Control, Security Survey & Design, Camera Systems, Fire System Testing and more)
• Environmental Health & Safety (Chemwatch Database, Accident/Spill/Leak Response, Safety/Health Programs, Employee Health/Safety Handbook and more)
