Center for International Services and Programs

The Center for International Services and Programs staff is available to support you via phone, email, in-person advising, or ZOOM video-conferencing.

  • Our phone line (216-687-3910) is staffed 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET weekdays; please leave a voicemail afterhours. 
  • You may schedule an advising appointment. Advising appointments will be held in CISP office, BH 412. Please come to the office at your scheduled time to have an in-person meeting with a CISP advisor. Once an appointment is booked, you may email us to request a Zoom link for a virtual session instead.
  • F-1 In-person Drop-in Advising (no appointment necessary) will be available from 1:00pm-3:00pm on Mondays & Thursdays in CISP office, BH 412. 
  • F-1 Virtual Drop-In Advising (no appointment necessary) is available virtually via Zoom from Noon - 2:00pm on Tuesdays.
  • Drop-In Education Away and J-1 advising (no appointment necessary) is every weekday from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm in BH 412.

CISP provides International Student and Scholar Services, as well as advising to all students on Education Away opportunties including study abroad, National Student Exchange, and competitive national fellowships like Boren Awards, CLS, Fulbright. Additionally, the Center provides support and guidance to faculty and staff in their internationalization initiatives including the hiring and hosting of immigrants (H-1B) and non-immigrants (J-1) and the development of short-term, faculty-led programs abroad. The Center is also the administrative home of the University's Fulbright Program and a resource for all CSU international agreements and partnerships.     

International students are involved in campus life through a variety of student organizations and university programs that include cultural activities, sports, the arts, and social events. 

Education Away programs are administered via cross-campus collaboration and welcome all students.
