Welcome to ShopNet

ShopNet is an online payment tool that accepts credit card payments for various CSU services via the ShopNet website. A request form has to be submitted to set up a ShopNet page.

Step-by-Step Instructions on how to access the ShopNet Digital Request Form:

Log into Service Now - https://csuohio.service-now.com/csu using your CSU ID and CampusNet password

After you’re logged in:

Choose “Order Item/Request Access”
Expand “Information Services & Technology”
Choose “ShopNet Requests”

Click the “ShopNet Request Link” to open the form to fill out;

FAQ's

Q. Who can use ShopNet?

Anyone who is affiliated with CSU can open a ShopNet page.

Q. Is there a cost to use ShopNet?

There is no fee to use ShopNet.

Q. How do I request a ShopNet page?

Follow the instructions above to access the digital form. Make sure you check "new page" which is located towards the bottom of the digital form.

Q. How long does it take to set up a ShopNet page?

After your request has been submitted it can take up to two weeks for your ShopNet page to be created. Usually it does not take that long as most pages are set up within a couple of days after the request has been submitted.

Q. How do I access my ShopNet page?

After your ShopNet page is set up you will receive the direct URL for your page.

Q. How will I know who has made a payment via my ShopNet page?

A report will be available to you via the O drive. This report will detail all payments made via your ShopNet page. The report can be set up to run as frequently as needed/requested. Please note that the O drive is only accessible for faculty and staff of CSU.

Q. How do I make changes to an existing ShopNet page?

Follow the instructions above to access the digital form. Make sure you check "update a page" which is located towards the bottom of the digital form.
