These research summaries address issues of concern to business professionals who are interested in the 'human' side of the workplace. That is, these reports can address issues such as ways to improve human resources functions such as selection / recruitment, performance appraisal, or training. They can also report on issues related to improving job satisfaction, motivation, teamwork, leadership, organizational development / organizational culture / organizational climate, or cross-cultural / expatriate issues. Furthermore, they may report on social psychological research that has implications for the work environment.

They present original research and cutting edge analyses conducted by faculty and graduate students in the Consumer/Industrial-Organizational Research Program at Cleveland State University. Some of this research has been published recently (we have limited our coverage to research published since 2002). Other reports describe research that has not yet been published, or research that is currently underway. For each report, we provide the email address for the author, whom you can contact for more information about the topic.
