Event Schedule Questions

Where should I park?

South Garage, located east of the Wolstein Center on Prospect between E. 21st and E. 22nd (just south of the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Transit Center), has been reserved for all OACAC Articulation visitors. This is directly next door to the Wolstein Center, where the college fair will be taking place. The address for your GPS is 2101 East 21st Street, Cleveland, OH 44115. Please place the parking pass in your window and head towards the Student Center after you have parked your vehicle.

When does the day start?

Check in begins at 8:00am with the Welcome Session beginning at 8:30am in the Student Center. The first session of the day will begin at 9:30am. While coffee and water stations will be available, please plan to eat breakfast before arriving on campus.

What sessions will be available?

Private, public, and two‐year colleges will give updates from the past year. There will also be Sessions covering topics such as ACT updates, College Access Groups, and Ohio Board of Regents, along with others.

When is the college fair portion of the day?

Following lunch, all participants should proceed to the Wolstein Center for the college fair, which will begin at 1:00pm. Admission Representatives are encouraged to head to the Wolstein Center prior at 12:30pm to ensure they arrive at the fair prior to High School Counselors. We ask that high school counselors do not enter the fair until 1:00pm to ensure all college representatives have had a chance to finish their lunch and set up their table.

Will I be able to take a campus tour?

Mini Campus Tours will be available, highlighting the Residence Halls, The Arts Campus, and the Human Motion Control Lab during the three session blocks as an alternative to the sessions offered. Each mini tour will depart from the entrance of the ballroom and end in the same location. We will also offer a full campus tour, departing from the Wolstein Center following the college fair from 2:00‐2:45pm.

How far will I have to walk?

There is a 0.2 mile walk (approximately 4 minutes) from the South Garage to the entrance of the Student Center. There is also an approximate 6 minute walk from the Student Center to the Wolstein Center to arrive at the college fair. Participants going on the general and mini campus tours should also be prepared with comfortable shoes for a 45 minute walking tour.

On the day of the event, where should I drop off my College Fair materials?

Admissions Representatives dropping off materials for the College Fair portion of the day should follow signs for the “Material Drop- Off Area” which will be located on East 21st street between the Wolstein Center and South Garage. CSU Articulation Volunteers will assist representatives in unloading their vehicles and take the materials into the Wolstein Center to the respective table. Once materials have been unloaded, all Articulation visitors should proceed into South Garage, where Articulation Parking is located.

May I register when I arrive?

Yes. High School Counselors and Admissions Representatives wishing to register on site may do so in the lobby of the Student Center Ballroom upon their arrival.
