NEC Dterm Features

Desktop telephones within CSU office locations are generally either 12-button or 24-button digital telephone sets known as NEC DT-330 Series.  Multiple telephone numbers can be made to appear on the telephone sets, along with several features. The digital display will provide call information and voice message status notification.

Best Practices for Cleaning NEC Telephones

Before cleaning the device, it is recommended to disconnect the telephone. Do not exert undue pressure or rub the keys roughly when cleaning the telephone.  NEC recommends to not use benzene, thinner or alcohol-based cleaning solutions. Only use cleaning wipes containing mild detergent-based fluids.
