Voice Mail

Requesting Voice Messaging Service

New office telephone lines will be given voice messaging service upon installation.  If voice messaging needs to be added to an existing line, your department administrative assistant should open a service ticket with:   http://easy.csuohio.edu.

Getting Started

To access the voicemail system, dial 2001 from on-campus or 216-687-2001 from off-campus.  When dialing from off-campus please follow the prompts after the system answers, to input your mailbox number (extension number) and the security code (password).

Training sessions for faculty, staff and student employees are available upon request by calling the Telecommunications Office at 216-687-3881.

Unified Messaging with Email Notification

Your voice mailbox may be enabled with Unified Messaging. This feature synchronizes voice messages for an office telephone with an employee, group, or department email address.
