The Smart City Catalog was developed by the TECH Hub to capture and understand the landscape of smart city projects in the Greater Cleveland area. Smart city projects are those that employ IoT technology to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability and equity of public services. By making such information publicly available and accessible in one place, the hope was to amplify smart city projects and connect organizations pursuing similar goals so they can better address community challenges.
The project was supported by The Cleveland Foundation and the IOTC’s Public Sector Advisory Board, and led by a team from the Levin College of Public Affairs and Education. The catalog is hosted by the IOTC and is available here.
