GROUP THERAPY

• We offer a variety of process groups, support groups and skill groups
• We offer ongoing process groups which are a great way to learn about yourself and your interpersonal patterns
• Recent groups included Wise Minds (skills for improving emotion regulation) and Vikes Recovery

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

• Our providers are happy to talk with you in person or on Zoom for individual counseling or consultation
• Urgent sessions are available from 1-3 p.m. M-F. Call 216-687-2277 or walk in at 1860 E 22nd Street. (Rhodes Tower, 12th floor, room RT1235)
• After hours phone support is available 24/7 by calling 216-687-2277

OUTREACH PROGRAMS

• We provide outreach programs remotely and in-person to students and faculty
• Other common outreach program topics include: Orientation to Our Services, Stress Reduction, Responding to Students in Distress, Building Interpersonal Skills, and Suicide Prevention Training

PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES

• Prescription and management of medication
• Medication consultation

Our psychiatrists can meet with you in person or over Zoom. Currently, psychiatry fees are: $50 for intake and $30 for a follow-up session
