The group will begin meeting Tuesday, January 27th at noon in the counseling center in Rhodes Tower 1235. The group will meet every other week:

What to look forward to at the group:

1. Education about anxiety and how to manage it effectively
2. Relaxation techniques that will be used during the meetings to make you feel great right away that you can use anytime!
3. A free Relaxation CD.
4. Fun and friendship with your fellow students at CSU!

The group is led by Dr. Lou Sauer, licensed psychologist, and Todd Seibert, M.A.
