As a student, what did you appreciate most about your CSU experience?

I had the unique experience of transferring to CSU, where I was fully embraced as a non-traditional transfer student. I was fortunate to participate in an internship my senior year here on campus with the department of Alumni Affairs where I learned my desire to make a career here! CSU’s access to internships, co-ops, and networking sets you up for success.

If you had your own Magnus costume, where would you wear it?

Cavs and Guardians games to hangout with Moondog and Slider!

What advice do you have for students who are choosing a college?

Ask questions and do research, this can be a confusing time and you have a lot of information to process. Think about what you want out of your college experience. Take into consideration that education is an investment, you want to consider cost when weighing out your options and be sure to explore scholarships. Most importantly, choose a place comfortable enough to feel at ease, but just uncomfortable enough to help you grow.

What’s your favorite CSU tradition?

Fellow Vikings like to joke that our football team is undefeated (we do not have a football program).

What’s your favorite CSU fun fact?

We have a Canine Crew at CSU! Rune and Thor are yellow lab therapy dogs who work with our police department. You can find them at our de-stress events or walking around campus.
