Payment Processing

 

The payment processing office is responsible for the timely processing for all payments to the University.

For your convenience, please remember that all student account payments can be completed online via CampusNet

Follow this link to ShopNet to pay an application or a graduation fee, or to pay for a writing test, etc.  A full list of all fees is listed on the ShopNet home page.

MAKE PAYMENTS

  • PAY ON THE WEB THRU CAMPUSNET 
    By Electronic check (no service fee charged) 
    By credit card - VISA, MasterCard and Discover (a 2.9% service fee will be charged by the payment processor)
    **Please note, CampusNet payments will not launch properly on a smartphone/tablet. 
  • PAY BY MAIL AT: CSU, 2121 EUCLID AVE., BH 114, CLEVELAND, OH 44115 
    Mail checks only (no credit card/cash payments by mail); if using overnight service, please mail to our "PHYSICAL ADDRESS" (1899 Euclid Ave, BH114, Cleveland, OH  44115)
  • PAY AT EXPRESS PAYMENT CENTER LOCATED OUTSIDE BH 115 
    Deposit checks only (no cash or credit card payments). Please write your CSU Student ID Number on all checks.
  • ONLINE THROUGH SHOPNET
    Pay with a check or credit card for departmental transactions (graduation fees, application fee, etc.).

 

Frequently Asked questions

  • I am unable to pay online, what do I do?
       Students can pay by personal check, bank check, or money order by dropping in
       our secure night depository, located between the Viking Card office and
       Campus411.  If you are still experiencing issues with paying, please contact us at 
       bursar@csuohio.edu.
  • I need to pay for a replacement Viking ID, credit by exam, or other miscellaneous
    fee.  What do I do?

       Departmental fees can be paid via ShopNet.  If the fee you are attempting to pay
       is not listed under “Bursar Office,” please contact the department that you are
       paying the fee to, and they will direct you.
  • I have a financial hold on my student account, what should I do?
       Please speak with a representative from our Student Receivables team by calling
       216-687-5445, or email collections@csuohio.edu.
  • I need to obtain a U-Pass, what should I do?
