Co-ops, Internships and Full-Time Positions
Co-ops and Internships: Your organization can provide critical hands-on learning experiences to our students. CSU students know that internships are critical connections because the competition for good jobs is always increasing.
Full-time Employment: Publicize your open positions for free on our Handshake platform, open to CSU students and alumni. Host an employer table in our Student Center (only $100 per day) and reserve space in the Office of Career Development and Exploration to schedule on-campus interviews.

Maybe your organization's research aligns with the research being done on our campus and in our labs by our knowledgeable faculty and students?
Connecting with our trusted faculty is just another way organizations can promote their positions. While you are on campus, we can also provide you a tour.

Join the Office of Career Development and Exploration Mailing List: The Office of Career Development and Exploration sends a weekly job and internship email to students during the academic year to highlight specific opportunities. Organizations not only serve our students through career and internship opportunities. The leaders and subject matter experts at your organization have the opportunity to serve on program advisory committees to provide advice and counsel to academic departments and program directors. These opportunities assist our programs of having a unique experience blend of academic and practitioner guidance. Opportunities are often available to serve on college-level visiting committees to provide strategic advice and counsel to our academic deans.

Let Our Students Help Solve Your Problem
Have an engineering or business problem that needs to be solved? Connecting with the academic colleges can provide your organization with the opportunity to sponsor a capstone project. Is there a subject matter or topic that you champion? Cleveland State University has an academic program, department or center that can provide a subject matter expert who can offer an approach to your solution (e.g., business/operations consultant, research project).
