DHS Scorecard

A unique Hospitality Scorecard has been developed departments to ensure consistency in brand, operations, and service outlined in the Hospitality Services Marketing and Operations Guidebook.

Each area will be walked and scored based on these standards on a monthly basis by leadership in the Division of Hospitality Services. It is the expectation that data accrued from these walkthroughs is communicated to each team and any opportunities are addressed prior to the next month's walkthrough.

The goal of these walkthroughs is to encourage operational excellence through a guest-focused lens across all units within the Division of Hospitality Services.
