CSU Inclusive Access Faculty and Department FAQ

Q: I want my course material to be be part of the Inclusive Access program.  Now what?

A: Successful implementation of the Inclusive Access program requires coordinated, timely communication with all stakeholders as part of a detailed project management plan.  The University,  in close partnership with Follett ( the bookstore managment services company at CSU) and publishers, manages the entire process, from program set-up and selection through implementation, delivery and analysis. Timely communication to students and faculty ensures that everyone is included in the successful roll-out of the program.

If you would like to request that your course material participat in the Inclusive Access program, simply fill out the request form, and submit - Campus Support Services will then manage the workflow so that Bursar's posts the fees to enrolled students' accounts and the bookstore sets up the digital course material to be accessable by the student.  The Publisher should also contact the course instructor(s) with other information on how they and their students can access the material (via Blackboard or an access code delivered to the enrolled students' CSU email account.)
