The Faculty Affairs office supports faculty throughout their careers at Cleveland State University. Our primary responsibilities include coordinating faculty hiring, the reappointment, promotion and tenure process, annual faculty activity reporting, faculty sabbaticals (Professional Leaves of Absence (PLOAs), professional development, workload assignments, rewards & recognition programs and coordinating the faculty mentoring program. The office also implements and administers faculty policies and procedures and maintains faculty personnel records.
