Allen Bradley 411 Fundamentals
An eight-week workshop designed for individuals seeking a solid foundation in PLC systems. Whether you're new to industrial automation or looking to expand your technical skills, this course offers hands-on experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and real-world applications. Through expert-led instruction and practical exercises, you’ll gain a working knowledge of PLC hardware, logic design, and system integration, equipping you to confidently contribute to industrial control environments.

Basic Competencies Developed:

  • Understanding of PLC hardware components
  • Navigation of RSLogix 500 or Studio 5000 software
  • Creation and editing of ladder logic programs
  • Input/output (I/O) configuration
  • Basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Interpretation of control system documentation
  • Safe practices in industrial control environments

Basic Prerequisites:

  • Familiarity with Windows-based computers
  • Basic understanding of electrical circuits
  • Ability to read simple wiring diagrams
  • High school-level math skills
  • Interest in industrial automation or maintenance
