Office of Treasury Services

Welcome to Cleveland State University from the Treasury Services Office!  We'd like to take a minute to introduce ourselves and tell you about the services we provide:

We are:

• the Cashier's Office – come see us when you want to make a tuition payment, pay for your transcripts, drop off a payment plan application or pick up a UPass sticker.
• the Student Receivables area – we help make sure all students pay for their education; by keeping our receivables in line, we can ensure that a maximum of Universtiy funds can go toward student services.  We see students with various hold flags on their accounts - SFH (hold), SFA (Attorney General's Office), SFW (write off)
• Perkins Repayment – Perkins is a federal loan program that is replenished by graduated students.  The more students who repay their Perkins loans, the more money becomes available for future disbursement.
• the University's tuition payment plan administrators – after you've received your loans, grants and scholarships, or if you're not eligible for any financial aid, we'll help you set up an interest free payment plan to help pay for your education.
