The Board of Directors of the Euclid Avenue Housing Corporation will meet on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Parker Hannifin Administration Center, Room AC 208, 2300 Euclid Avenue, for the purpose of discussing and approving documents and related matters regarding the closing of the bond issue for the student housing project.
