As urban school districts continue to seek new ways to improve education, the New York Times this week highlighted a handful of innovative projects that stand out nationwide. One of those projects was the Campus International School – a joint project between Cleveland State University and the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. The new school will be located on the CSU campus to provide an International Baccalaureate curriculum to k-12th grade students. The school's campus location will expose more young students to higher education, while providing prospective teachers with the hands on training they need to succeed.
