CSU to Host Pre-Bid/Diversity Inclusion Meeting on April 15 for Health Sciences Building

Contracting opportunities for the construction of Cleveland State University’s new health sciences building will be the focus of a pre-bid and diversity inclusion meeting from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, in CSU’s Fenn Tower Ballroom, 1983 East 24th Street, Cleveland.

In addition to having an opportunity to view the project information in detail, prequalified subcontractors who plan to bid on this project will be able to meet Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Female Business Enterprise (FBE) and Encouraging Diversity Growth and Equity (EDGE) certified contractors.

CSU President Ronald M. Berkman will address the gathering, which is designed to provide economically and socially underutilized businesses with a point of entry into the construction of one of the most dynamic new buildings in downtown Cleveland.

Donley’s, which is overseeing the project, is soliciting proposals for bid packages in the following areas:

  • Roofing
