University Strategic Planning Committee (USPC)

The University Strategic Planning Committee (USPC) was formed based on a charge by former President Michael Schwartz (2001-2009) to design a strategic, inclusive, effective and meaningful planning process to guide Cleveland State University into its next phase of growth and development.

After three years of planning and deliberation, the University has initiated a new collaborative strategic planning process that has been approved by both Faculty Senate and the Administration.

The University Strategic Planning Committee has 11 members, five administrators appointed by the President, five faculty members appointed by the Faculty Senate Steering Committee and one student representative. The process continues utilizing an annual review.
